Shipping Policy

Next Cult Brand sells print-on-demand apparel and accessories. Most products are made after an order is placed, then dispatched by the relevant fulfilment partner. Shipping rates, available destinations and services depend on the product, shipping profile and address entered at checkout.

1. Production and delivery estimates

Production and shipping times vary by product, location and season. Our broad delivery estimate is approximately 2–14 business days for many orders, but this is not guaranteed and some orders take longer. The total time can include order processing, production, dispatch and carrier transit. Customs, weather, exceptional demand and shipping to remote destinations can add delays. Tracking details are provided when available.

2. Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout using applicable rates and the items in the cart. Orders containing items from more than one production or shipping location may ship in separate parcels. Review the final checkout price before ordering; duties and import-related charges may apply for international destinations.

3. Automatic free shipping on eligible orders over €99

Our current automatic offer provides free eligible shipping for orders with a subtotal of €99 or more shipped to the following 37 countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.

The Shopify promotion applies to eligible shipping rates under €100. The eligible shipping method and final discounted shipping price are calculated automatically at checkout. This offer may not apply to unavailable services, shipping charges outside the cap or orders that do not meet its conditions. Any future changes apply prospectively.

4. Other destinations

We may offer paid shipping to additional destinations, but free shipping above €99 is not automatically available outside the 37 countries listed. Not every product can be shipped to every destination. If checkout does not offer a shipping method, contact us before ordering.

5. International customs and import charges

Orders crossing customs borders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, fees or local handling charges. Depending on your destination and the way your order is charged at checkout, these may be collected separately by a carrier or customs authority, where permitted by applicable law. They can also affect delivery times.

6. Addresses, delays and split shipments

Please check your shipping address carefully. We will try to help with corrections requested promptly, but cannot guarantee changes after production or dispatch has begun. Different products may arrive in separate parcels. For missing or significantly delayed orders, contact info@nextcultbrand.com with your order number. Nothing here excludes mandatory rights concerning non-delivery.

7. Returns and support

The postal address for a physical return may differ from our business correspondence address because different fulfilment centres handle different products.
