Next Cult Brand ("NCB", "we", "us" or "our") operates nextcultbrand.com, an online store offering apparel and accessories and publishing related articles. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you browse our website, place an order, contact us, subscribe to marketing or interact with our content. It also explains your privacy choices, including choices provided by Shopify and advertising partners.

Contact us at the email above about privacy requests or questions. Our store is hosted by Shopify. Depending on the activity, Shopify and other service providers may process information on our behalf, or act as independent controllers of information they use under their own policies.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use our services, we and our providers may process:

• Contact and account information: your name, email address, telephone number, address, account details and preferences.
• Orders and transactions: products selected or purchased, billing and delivery details, order numbers, payment and refund status, returns, delivery tracking and correspondence about your order. Payment processors handle sensitive payment credentials; we do not require your full payment-card number to fulfil your order.
• Device and usage information: IP address, browser, device type, approximate location, operating system, pages visited, referral information, timestamps, searches, shopping-cart actions and information used to maintain security and diagnose technical issues.
• Messages and user-submitted information: enquiries, customer-service correspondence, reviews or other information you voluntarily send us.
• Marketing and consent information: newsletter preferences, promotional interactions and your cookie, data-sharing and advertising choices.

4. Shopify and Shopify Network Intelligence

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information when you visit, browse, interact with or purchase from our store. This includes information needed for storefront functionality, checkout, payments, security and customer support.

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for Next Cult Brand. Shopify may securely use information about your interactions with our store together with information about your interactions with other merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced services. These services can include more personalized shopping experiences, more relevant advertising, improved marketing measurement, fraud prevention and insights into how visitors interact with stores and ads.

Information about your activity on NCB may be shared with Shopify and third parties providing these services, including providers located outside your country. No other merchant receives direct access to NCB's customer database through Shopify Network Intelligence. Where required, Shopify respects choices made through our Shopify cookie banner, data-sharing opt-out tools and applicable privacy signals.

5. Orders, print-on-demand fulfilment and service providers

We share the information reasonably necessary to provide our services with relevant providers, which may include:

• Shopify and payment services for ecommerce operations, checkout, payments, fraud prevention and account functions.
• Print-on-demand and fulfilment partners, including Printful where used, which may receive the product, recipient name and delivery address required to manufacture and ship purchases.
• Shipping carriers to deliver parcels and provide tracking or delivery updates.
• Email and support providers to communicate about orders, enquiries and subscribed marketing.
• Analytics, advertising and security services where such tools are enabled, with the applicable privacy controls.
• Professional advisers or public authorities when necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests or protect legal rights.

Partners acting independently may have their own privacy policies. We do not provide fulfilment partners with full payment-card credentials.

6. Cookies and cookie preferences

Cookies, pixels, local storage and similar technologies can support checkout, security, personalization, analytics and advertising. Some technologies are essential for the services you request. Others are optional and may be used only with consent where applicable law requires it.

Our store uses Shopify's cookie banner and cookie-preferences controls in the regions where we have configured them. 8. Advertising, including potential Google AdSense ads

NCB may display advertisements from Google AdSense or other third-party advertising providers if and when those services are activated. This policy describes possible future advertising as well as services already used; it does not mean Google display advertising is currently active.

If Google ads are enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and similar technologies to serve advertisements based on your previous visits to our website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies allows Google and its partners to show ads based on visits to NCB and/or other sites on the internet, subject to applicable law and your privacy choices. Ad technology providers may also use cookies, pixels, web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers for ad delivery, measurement, limiting repeated ads and fraud prevention.

Before serving Google ads in regions requiring a Google-certified consent management platform, we intend to configure the required consent solution. Ad consent choices may differ from Shopify's existing storefront cookie preferences and will be explained when advertising is activated.

9. Articles, embedded content and external websites

NCB publishes fitness, entertainment, sport and related editorial content as well as merchandise. Pages may contain videos, social-media embeds, product links and links to independent websites. When you load embedded content or follow an external link, that provider may collect technical or usage information under its own privacy terms. We do not control the privacy practices of independent websites.

10. International transfers

We are based in Latvia, but Shopify, payment and fulfilment providers, delivery services, marketing platforms and other partners may process information in countries outside Latvia or the European Economic Area, including the United States. Where we are responsible for international transfers that require safeguards, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms, such as adequacy decisions or contractual protections, as applicable.

11. Data retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil orders, manage customer relationships, respond to enquiries, comply with accounting and tax requirements, prevent fraud, enforce rights or resolve disputes. Retention periods depend on the type of information and legal requirements. We delete or anonymize information when appropriate and feasible.

We take reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
